TDHW Ridonculous Race Final

Welp, I've finally caved in, and this is the final set of characters we'll see in TDHW! I decided these guys get included!
Of course, I've changed their ages to place them in the three classes that already exist; TDI/TDA/TDWT year, TDRI year, and TDPI year. So they are younger or possibly older than their canon age is, for ease of storytelling, especially if the person they were competing with was older or younger by a year.
Some of their last names are references to something, the ones with a * on them.

Also counts as my HC for how the TD kids looked at 11/12 (The ROTI kids are a year behind the original cast, and the TDPI cast is behind the ROTI kids)

About the AU (just ideas I'm having XD):
Most of the teachers are the same, and the HP story goes on behind the scenes, although the new characters will influence the story and it might get derailed...>;3.The only teacher replacements are Chris as nonfunctioning Headmaster (Dumbledore is the real guy, Chris is just a figurehead appointed by the ministry, like Umbridge, but with no power. The Umbridge subplot is replaced by him being given actual power over the school. It's almost worse than Umbridge, possibly actually worse.) and Chef as Snape's assistant. Blaineley assists Gilderoy Lockheart as his press agent (even in a school situation, he refuses to be without one) and replaces Rita.
The dress code is less strict, it has to be a cloak, but you can personalize it and it has to have an indicator of house, like a necklace or headband or something in the house's color.
